Our Story
Our story begins with two founders from Ibb, Yemen, a region renowned for its specialty coffee. After immigrating to America, they were inspired by their relatives back in Ibb, who shared the deep knowledge and immense effort that goes into producing exceptional coffee. From the painstaking care in cultivating coffee plants to the meticulous processing methods passed down through generations, they gained a profound appreciation for the craft. This connection to their homeland ignited their passion to bring the rich, distinctive flavors of Yemeni specialty coffee to the U.S., while honoring the hard work behind every bean.

Inspired by the rich heritage and unique flavors of Yemen’s coffee, we sought to share its exceptional quality with discerning coffee lovers in Bellevue Washington. As our passion grew, so did our vision. What started with Yemeni coffee soon expanded into a broader goal of sourcing extraordinary specialty coffees from across Africa, Southeast Asia, and Latin America. Today, we are proud to offer a diverse selection of single-origin coffees, each carefully curated to reflect the unique terroirs and traditions of its origin, while maintaining our commitment to quality and sustainability.
During a visit to one of our favorite lots in West Haraz. Farmer Mohammed Alhaimi is a fourth generation coffee producr demonstraiting shade drying techniques at 21,000 above sea level.
