Rashed Udayni, our Creative Director, is the driving force behind our coffee sourcing strategy and product development. With a deep passion for discovering the world's finest coffee beans, he tours four origins every year and selects each single-origin offering, ensuring it meets our high standards of quality and sustainability. His expertise in quality grading and flavor profiling guarantees that every batch is brought to its fullest potential, delivering an exceptional coffee experience.
Rashed Udayni is a licensed Q grader and has experience developing proprietary coffee processing methods relying on years of process knowledge and an ability to develop flavor profiles that people love.

Approach To Roasting
At the heart of our roasting philosophy is a simple belief: great coffee doesn’t need to be masked—it needs to be revealed.
We roast with purpose, not prescription. Every coffee we source is unique, shaped by its origin, terroir, varietal, and processing method. Our job isn’t to impose flavor, but to unlock what’s already there—to bring each coffee to life by highlighting its natural character, clarity, and complexity.
We taste relentlessly. We adjust and adapt. And we approach each roast profile as a conversation with the coffee—listening, responding, and never rushing.

All our coffees are roasted on a state-of-the-art electric roaster, ensuring minimal carbon emissions and a cleaner, more sustainable footprint.

Inspired by the rich heritage and unique flavors of Yemen’s coffee, we sought to share its exceptional quality with discerning coffee lovers around the world. This continues to expand into a broader goal of sourcing extraordinary specialty coffees from across Africa, Southeast Asia, and Latin America.
